What is the shipping time for my order?

The shipping time is a maximum of 5 working days after receipt of your payment. If shipping takes longer, you will receive an email at the email address provided.

What are the shipping costs for my order?

The shipping costs depend on the weight of your order. You can see the shipping costs for your order in your shopping cart.

Can I have my order delivered to a different address?

Yes, that is possible. During the ordering process, you have the option to specify a different shipping address than the billing address.

Can I return my item(s)?

Yes, that is possible. Send an email to [email protected] within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your name and order number in your email. You will receive a return form. Fill out the return form and send your item(s) in their original condition to our PO box (see above). If the item is still in good condition, you will receive a replacement item or a refund within 5 working days.

Will I get reimbursed for shipping costs if I return items?

You will be reimbursed for the shipping costs if you return the entire order, i.e., all items. If you return part of your order, or if it is a sale item, you will not be reimbursed for the shipping costs.

Can I pay for my order later?

Yes, this is possible. You can pay for the items in your shopping cart using iDEAL, PayPal, or Klarna.

Can I exchange my purchased item(s)?

Yes, that is possible. Send an email to [email protected] within 14 days of receiving your order with the subject line 'Exchange 'item name''. In your email, please state your name and order number, the correct size, or which similar item you would like to exchange it for.

Send your item(s) in original condition to our PO box (see above). If the item is still in good condition, you will receive the new item within 5 working days of receipt.

An item in my size is sold out, what now?

We try to keep all sizes in stock, but some sizes may be sold out. In that case, please contact us at [email protected]. In your email, indicate which item you would like to reserve and in which size. The waiting time is a maximum of 4 weeks. Payment for the item can be made once the reserved item has arrived. You will receive an email at the provided email address when the item has arrived.
